Dr. Jacobs received his medical doctorate from the Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City. He did his medical internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York and his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Dr. Jacobs did a fellowship in Orbital and Oculoplastic Surgery at the Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA, Los Angeles. Dr. Jacobs is a board-certified Ophthalmologist and is also board-certified in Cosmetic Surgery by the American Boards of Ophthalmology and Cosmetic Surgery.
